We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The kids loved the pool and arcade, which made it fun for our birthday celebration. However, the check-in process was frustrating, and the noise from other guests made it hard to enjoy our stay. While the room was comfortable, it wasn't quite up to my expectations, especially given the price we paid.
